A high conservation value park on the edge of suburbia, Tangari Regional Park is a Eucalyptus microcarpa mid woodland over Golden Wattle, Twiggy Daisy & Kangaroo Thorn tall shrubs, with ground layer including Native Cranberry, Pointed Mat Rush and Kangaroo Grass. A seasonal creek runs through the park with two small ponds popular with wetland birds. Keep an eye out for four species of carnivorous Sundews, and Common Snake-necked Turtles. Wide bike paths and narrow nature trails criss-cross the park.
