Narsapur Urban Forest Park was opened as part of the Telangana Government's initiative to turn a portion of the forest into a tourist attraction. The forest area covers 30 square kilometers and is 45 kilometers from Hyderabad. The entire path through the forest is around 11 kilometers long and takes 4 - 5 hours to complete.
